Zach and Landon founded 310 Marketing Co because they were tired of watching local service businesses get burned by agencies that had never picked up a shovel, swung a hammer, or sat across the kitchen table from a homeowner.

Between them: years on dairy farms, concrete crews, landscaping jobs, sales floors, and ad accounts spending millions. Real trades. Real sales. Real marketing. That's the standard behind every campaign, video, and website we ship.

Zach has run a video production agency for 7+ years and has shot for some of the biggest motorsports brands in the world - Red Bull, BRP, and Polaris among them. But long before the cinema cameras, he worked concrete, landscaping, a dairy farm, and even a stint inside a jail.

He brings storytelling, premium creative, and blue-collar grit to every brand we touch. Husband, dad, and happiest in the woods or on the water.

Landon has 10+ years in paid advertising, has personally managed millions in ad spend, and has sold over $5 million for local service companies. He's mentored 200+ marketing agencies nationwide on what actually moves the needle for trades.

Eighteen years on a farm taught him the work ethic. The ad accounts taught him the math. Husband, dad, and in the gym before most people are awake.
